THE RW VALUE BET

RWV is short for Racingweb Value Bet, one of South Africa’s shrewdest value finders at the races.

This is an SMS tipping service charged at only R10 per sms, which includes value bets for both meetings when Day and Night meetings are scheduled, for example, on Tuesdays.

The code RWV was initiated when this service originally started at racingweb.co.za in 2010 and for its popularity we’ve decided not to change it to FRV for now. Charl Pretorius, however, remains the tipster for RWV, a service that finds true lurkers at sometimes dazzling odds.

Here’s what you do to receive your info: Type the three letter code, RWV, in caps, in the message field of your cell phone. Sms this code to the number 38954, after 11.30 daily, except for Flamingo Park race meetings.  Within 30s to 10 minutes a SMS  will be returned to your phone and your mobile account will be charged with R10.

The sms will look like this, for example: SCOT Tues: Value Bet R9 n1 Head Of The House. TRF : R3 N6 Pessao

Note: The server that automatically sends out your sms can go down at times – and so can the online connections used for updating the service.  If you experience problems, receive no sms back or receive the sms too late, freeracer guarantees a SMS for a future meeting or your money back.
